We recently purchased a home where Lilli was the seller and would advise avoiding her and homes built by Genesis Homes NW. In addition to overall poor quality and craftsmanship after only a few months in our new home we received notice of the homes hazardous condition due to Carbon Monoxide. The builder at Genesis Homes NW dragged his feet resolving the issue causing exposure at extreme levels for weeks. As you can imagine we are horrified and taking the appropriate next steps but please take our experience as an example.
