I absolutely love this community. The property manager Laura and all the staff that work here are very friendly and give a very hometown feel. The apartments are great and the property is well kept and clean. Maintenance is very professional and is very quick to respond if anything happens. They all work very hard and do great work when it comes to keeping the residents happy! Definitely will recommend living here to all of my friends and family!

I’ve lived here as these apartments switched management and I am very impressed with how things are changing around here! Management and maintenance stay on top of things now and get back to me ASAP with any kind of questions or concerns. Always very patient and professional with me. We are happy to be living here right now and happy we renewed our year lease!

I have lived here for 6 years, and all the years I have been here Laura is the best GM we have had so far.

The lady up front Laura was the most amazing person. She was so helpful and polite. She helped me with everything I needed. She also explained everything in a way i could understand. These apartments used to be labeled “ghetto” but let me tell you this woman has turned these apartments to a nice living environment.

I was more than willing to leave a positive review after moving out when my lease was up. However, due to me having to still pay a “move out fee” even after my security deposit was kept due to it “not being on record”, not being able to stay in my apartment half of the last month I was there due to a busted pipe and it flooding, and having to live my first 6 months there with the hot water heater not working or being fixed, and a constant drip in the downstairs faucets, I can’t. I have pictures and videos of what I had to deal with. And even after being “treated” for mold, I still had mold in there the day I moved out and have pictures to prove it. Definitely wasn’t a great living condition for my daughter or myself my last month there. Again I would’ve been more than happy to leave a positive review, but after being hit with a “move out fee”, even after my security deposit was kept, and not being able to stay in my apt due to the mold and mildew smell, I can’t.
