I trusted them to help with a house purchase although they were not my direct reality company,they repesented the seller.We put money down and paid a lot of out of pocket money,but they failed to do what was needed for us to close in a timely manner,meanwhile,of all miracles the seller gets a cash offer during the time we are trying to get it all done.So they would not sign an extension,or even work us.The home had been on the market for over 375 days,so it is a true miracle,they get that offer.I feel as well as others do ,that it sure seems odd.....I feel if they changed their minds,they should not have caused us to keep wasting money.I feel the reality office and seller should be honest and reimburse us,because i feel it was something they knew weeks ago.

The realtor Marc Followwell, has made himself available around the clock for the Sellers and me. Marc is very professional and has a wonderful personality too. I've been able to talk, text, email and meet with him in person too and that is quality service not found in today's society. I will recommend Marc to my family, friends and total strangers because he truly goes the extra mile!
