Bob and his youngest son are probably some of the worst realtors I’ve ever dealt with. He blew off our offer that my realtor sent with no responses and basically told me that he would not pay our realtor. He and his son basically made threats over the phone that I would have to go through him and we would need to pay our realtor separately. Gave 0 day options and a mess of other things trying to force us to sign his contract. I will be contacting trec concerning his and Blake’s behavior. Stay as far away as you can! They are possibly the worst agents I have come across and what he was charging his client to sell the property was downright wrong.

Highly recommend using this realtor company if you’re looking for a new home or trying to purchase some land!

I called to inquire about a rural property..1) Didn't return my call the first time. Called again and 2) The guy basically blew me off when I said I was not a commercial buyer.

Very short visit due to construction. Gift shop and ice cream are both opennVery shirt trail too.

Said they are open 24hrs on the sign and on there hours board all lights on cookers on and computer was on but no one there to take our order some EMTs went there and same thing
