Slum lords! Do not lease from them!!!!! They don't maintain their buildings, the bathrooms are always a disaster with feces spread all over toilets and walls, tenant complains to see it cleaned 3-5 days later. 2 year lease, no maintenance requests were filled. They ran 2o businesses out of a building in grand prairie that is now sitting almost vacant, feel sorry for those stuck in a lease. Manager never responds.... horrrrrible!!!!!
