Ordered the chicken sandwich, looked like it had been run over. But it still tasted good / fresh. A bit expensive too, but it's worth it. I guess....?
Burgerville has cut so many corners they don't even put cheese or hazelnut s on the salmon salad. Last time I'm going there. Sad it once was a great restaurant chain.
I have to give a negative review of this burgerville location. I live very close so I’ve gone several times hoping that I don’t have the same experience but I always do! The fries are never fresh, my burger buns are always so soggy in the 2 minutes it takes me to drive home it’s inedible and tonight I got stale rosemary fries and my burgers didn’t even have spread on them! I order two double cheeseburgers and got 2 regular cheeseburgers with NOTHING ON THEM! I will go to McDonald’s across the street for fast food over this location burgerville moving forward. I just had to share this experience because this was the last straw with them... (pun intended :)
Worst Burgerville experience yet. I think I’ll avoid this location in the future. I l rarely buy fast food but I like to go to burgerville because they claim fresh ingredients. I ordered a #6 burger that was so salty I could only manage a few bites. The fries I received were cold and limp. For the premium price one pays at BV the meal was not worth the value. I picked up the food at the drive through. If I had been dining in I would have returned the food and asked them to try again, instead most of the meal went straight into the trash..
Typical burgerville. The shake was delicious, the burger, meh. Sub-standard
