Terry and Jamie are hard working, trustworthy and professional. They have been managing all of our income properties for years, with excellent results. Occupancy rates have consistently hovered around 95-98%, with last year being 100%. They select only qualified tenants, process maintenance and repairs in a timely manner, and communicate effectively. I recommend Ghost Creek highly for any investment property owners in Bandera County.

My husband and I drove 4 1/2 hours to look at a rental home. When I contacted Jamie that we would be at the home at the scheduled time, a he had forgotten we had an appointment. I then text her a few times while my husband and I continues to wait at the property and never heard back from her so we left. I'm very upset that she wanted my time and continuously blew off my texts.

Right now not thrilled. Their lack of concern for their renters safety is disturbing. Hope it gets better.
