I have known Babo Teich for 16 years. I first met her when she rented me a little house outside of Bandera. I later bought a rental property from her. In short, she was a great and attentive landlord, very easy and reasonable to work with on a number of things. Her candor is her best asset, she doesn't sugar coat anything, she tells it like it is. She is easy to communicate with as she ALWAYS returns texts and calls very rapidly. She made the purchase of the rental property easy and if I could buy more from her I would! Teich Properties also helps support the community in any way she can. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Amazing communication! Very caring to help us make sure the property would fit our needs! Went above and beyond to make sure we were happy! I knew she was awesome because she helped my mother sell her home years ago. My mother had such nice things to say about Babo! Now it was my turn to see personally how awesome she truly is! Thanks Babo for all your assistance!
