I've been with this company for over a year. The house in front of mine had a water pipe bust, apparently their line was tapped into my line. For one they tried to make ME pay for the other houses parts to cap off thier water line from mine and for 2 when the bill came in my water usage went from 45 gallons to 125 gallons. All they offered was a 20 dollar credit! On top of that they told me they will only make an adjustment once a year so not only did I pay for my water, and the water the other house used, I also won't get a credit if something ever happens at my home because they used my credit to fix someone elses pipes and water bill. And the worst part is, all this happened right at christmas time. If there was another company available here, I would gladly switch!
