Days Inn by Wyndham Jellico - Tennessee State Line

Perfect for what we needed for an overnight stay! Very clean!! We had our 2 fur babies with us and did pay a pet fee. The good news was the pet fee goes back directly to house keeping!! That is so AWESOME!! The guy that checked us in was so nice! Too all precautions wiping the counter to wiping the pen! Thank you so much for your kindness!

Service was decent, and they allow pets for a fee (based on the weight of the animal), but the room was severely lacking for maintenance. The light above the sink was visibly broken, the mini-fridge was luke-warm (and had leftovers in it, though I've had that happen even at the best hotels), and most of the metal fixtures were very rusted. There were small dark red stains on the blankets and all the towels. We were in a pet room, so others could be more updated. Ample space for trucks and trailers to park.

The morning staff is very rude and disrespectful. A woman was rude and hung up on me. they told me I could extend my stay two hours because I was stuck 3hours from home and waiting for my ride and mechanic to pick me up. Message Theresa was very helpful I appreciate her help and the man on night shift but for the morning staff to be rude and know I'm stranded was absolutely mind blowing

The lady who checked us in was pleasant. I’m not sure where all of the people who say this place was clean and tidy stayed. We had two rooms in the very back and they were both DISGUSTING! Cigarette burns in the curtains and the very stained up bedding and neither of our toilets would flush properly. I can’t speak on the water pressure because not a single person in our travel party was brave enough to use the shower. The worst part was the revolting smell. I barely slept and was awoken with nausea and a pounding headache numerous times in the night which all went away as soon as I went out into the fresh air.

Our first stay and the room smelled and looked clean. Its dated a little, but the bed was very comfortable. Dylan was very friendly and the check-in was smooth.nI left my phone charger & cord in the room. I called and spoke with Dylan an hour after we left and he put my charger in a bag with my name on it.nThe motel was very quiet, couldn't hear any highway noise and it was a very good experience.nWe would stay here again.
