The guy was super nice. Repaired my AC or a good price and set up a service plan. Not only that but he brought my paper in on the way up to my door.

Great experience with Best Services for our new system install back in 2014 and most recently for a repair when our heat stopped working! From the initial call to schedule the service, to the text alerts/reminders and a text when the technician was on the way to our house with his name and picture so I knew who to expect. I've NEVER had this kind of service with other companies and it put me at ease before Clay even arrived. Very knowledgeable about the issue we were having, got the part from their shop and was back in 20 minutes to resolve the issue. Clay was friendly with our dogs and to me. 5 stars and would probably give more if possible. Highly recommend for install of a new system and repair if there is an issue.

Called the company out due to toilets and showers backing up. They came out twice and ran a snake down pipes which seemed to solve the problem at that time. I still have the same issues and called them again to come out. The girl who answered the phone told me she would get with the plumber and call me back within the hour. two and a half hours went by and no one called me back. I called back and she told me to call another company that they did all they could do. I think she should of kept her word and called me back and the company should of called me back out of courtesy as a customer instead of just ignoring me. They lost all future business from me. Not to mention I could of found someone new sooner as she new I was not able to use any of my bathrooms. No common courtesy

Mr. Eric was professional and very thorough with our maintenance check. I appreciated his knowledge and information he shared about the condition of our units. We will continue working with Best Services. Having the Maintenance plan gives us peace of mind that our systems will continue to be reliable with care.
