Not a good experience. They came to the house on December 20th and said they would get back to me with an estimate. It is January 28th and I have not received a response. I called them at the beginning of January and was told the supervisor needed to review. Still no contact. I guess they do not want my business.

We have always had good, reliable, responsive service from Jenkins. They installed the plumbing in our house and have provided excellent service for the past 8+ years.

I waited for over an hour and a half for an estimate appointment only to have the person never show up. I called the company. She told me she would call the plumber and call me right back. When she called back she told me she could not reach the plumber, but to wait longer he was on his way. I asked if she could not reach him how did she know he was on his way...she simply said she was sure he would be there soon. HE NEVER SHOWED! Needless to say they have lost our business. We will now be using a company that does not waste our time.
