We loved our stay, and the team at Charleston Vacays and CKC Properties worked hard to make sure that we were well taken care of from start to finish! We rented one of their properties on Sprint Street and the listing was exactly as described, and location was even better than expected. Sun filled living room with high end finishes. Spacious and open living room was a great place to enjoy a meal, with great views to neighboring community. Home looked and felt clean! Host was very communicative, and went over the top to make sure that we had a great stay. Check in and check out was a breeze. On site parking accommodations made everything so easy. Easy To walk to dining and drinks on King Street, which gave us an opportunity to explore the historic area on foot. Easy drive to Folly Beach, Shem Creek, Historic Downtown Charleston and so much more.

Rented an apartment on 124 Spring Street in Charleston from Charleston Vacays. The apartment was well situated to walk around to the local attractions and King Street. The apartment was clean and fitted with all the necessary amenities making our stay comfortable. The staff were very friendly and on hand to assist. I would definitely stay in these apartments if visiting Charleston again.

We stayed with CKC Properties for a vacation rental in early March and WOW- the property at 126 Spring Street is brand new, tons of room, beautifully designed, and ideal for a stay downtown.nnWe were visiting after having lived in downtown Charleston for several years and really have a strong sense for what you can expect in a short term/vacation rental stay. 126 Spring st , aka the Madison, out does everywhere else we have stayed/lived downtown, and needs to be at the top of anyone's list visiting downtown. Ihe Madison has 4 bedrooms, 2 queen/2 king with a roofdeck, outdoor patio/grill (brand new, amazing grill), amazing living room and the Kitchen is huge and equipped for big meals for large groups. We hosted a dinner party, highlight of our stay.nnOf course it is a quick walk to King St and countless restaurants, shopping, parks, historical places, bars, etc. BUT the house itself is a very special and enigmatic place. The roofdeck is huge, there is a beautiful single style porch on both 1st and second floor, each bedroom is spacious, with some of the best bathrooms/showers I have seen. There are too many reasons to make this your home base for a stay in Charleston, and if you need anything, the CKC office is right next door and their staff could not be more friendly or more helpful.nnDo not miss out on the Madison//126 Spring St

We love working with CKC properties for our vacation rentals. The units are modern, beautiful, and perfectly located. And their team has always been incredibly helpful and responsive with any questions we might have. We refer CKC to all our friends and family visiting Charleston and look forward to having many of our guests staying in these units for our upcoming wedding!
