This review will be one of many. I listed my home in Summerville 64 days ago and have only had 2 showings; yes, you read that correct 2 showings. After contacting the agent several times to share my disenchantment there were no changes in the number of scheduled showings, so I asked to terminate my listing agreement (March 19) in order to find an agent that could get the job done and I was told that in order to do so he wanted me to reimburse him for his failed marketing strategy. Is this guy for real? I’m going to pay someone for not getting the job done. WRONG ANSWER!nnThen top it all off he gets mad and unprofessional and questions both my character and behavior because I’m not happy with 2 showings in 64 days. This guy is a joke! I already missed my original closing date on the property I plan on moving to because this agent is incompetent.nnZERO STARS Art Leblanc

I could not ask for a better real estate experience . I had my house on the market last year and did not get an offer for six months. This time with Maggie and team at Infinity I had a good offer in 2 weeks. Most helpful and cheerful. Not only did they answer all my questions about this sale they are helping me find others in the Keller Williams group to help me with property in another state.

Do not use KW Infinity group for selling or buying a home. We had the most stressful and unpleasant experience using Laura Munn and Maggie LeBlanc when selling our home. They are condescending and rude. Do not use their contractor Todd either.

My husband and I were selling in Goose Creek and buying in West Ashley all at the same time. We were hoping for back to back closings on the same day. As you can imagine, everything has to fall into place perfectly for this to happen and it did! I would highly recommend Maggie's team; Brittany, Bright and David were amazing. They all went above and beyond especially the week of the transactions and moving when everything is crazy busy. They truly become your friends you miss talking to when it is all said and done. I'm sure we will stay in touch!
