My partner and I worked with the entire Salt Marsh Properties team during both the home buying and selling process. We bought a home with Lynne and could not have been happier with the service and dedication that she had for helping is find our first home. We had a very tight deadline to work with because are lease was ending and Lynne got the job done. If I remember correctly we were able to close within 15 days! A year later we had to sell our home because we were relocating for school/work and worked with Joseph to do this and were very pleased. He came to our home for the consultation and helped us make our home appeal to buyers. They also use a professional photographer to take the home photos which makes a huge difference. I would recommend Joseph and Lynne to anyone that is trying to find a trustworthy and reliable real estate team to work with in the Charleston, SC area.

The team at Salt Marsh Properties was so helpful for my partner and I to buy and sell our home. The team worked diligently for us to buy our home in a very short time frame (30 days) and then to sell our home within 4 months of its listing.nBuying and selling your home with them was a very positive experience and I would recommend their services to anybody within the Charleston area.

We moved back to SC from TN while I was pregnant and my husband was working 12 hour days at his new job. I was tired and scared to death to pick a permanent home for our new family by myself. Lynne took me under her wing and made sure I saw absolutely every home i was interested in. Her honesty and extensive market knowledge led us to the perfect home. 3 years later, we could sell it for much more than we bought it, but it is the perfect fit. Joseph met us numerous times at various homes to provide input. This team is amazing and so much fun to work with. If we ever decide to move again, they'll be the first to know!
