I HAVING living here with my son for three years and this is a great place to live the view of the Ashly River is like WOW And since we are under new management missing the old manger the new manger he is real cool and he will help you if you need help depending on what it this a real nice place to live and it is quite place and it is pet friendly and the maintenance man he will go out of his way to help you if you ask him he is a real nice guy I love living here

Living in this neighborhood was just fine! The price is unbeatable for Charleston. Slight flooding but never missed work because of it so I'd what the other person was talking about. The apartments are basic. If you want top of the line quality you will have to pay a lot more per month in Mt Pleasant or elsewhere. If you want a good price and nice neighbors Osprey Place is just fine.

The property is a very adequate and humble place to call home! Osprey Place Apartments is conveniently minutes away from grocery stores & fast food restaurants! The manager is friendly, and goes above and beyond for all tenants. Work orders are completed in a timely manner, thanks to the incredible maintenance staff!
