Belk Lucy is one of the property management companies we deal with quite frequently in our day to day operations. We had the pleasure of working with Belk Lucy/Chris Dion for a second time in our search for restaurant space. He was professional, patient (we looked for over a year) and extremely responsive. Once we had selected a location his knowledge of the general area, building code and trade recommendations made the process that much smoother. I would highly recommend him and hope to be able to work with him again in the future.
