Caroline Luxury Apartments

The apartment is beautiful, but I’ve experienced many issues while living here. My dog was attacked by another dog residing in the building that was a breed specifically not allowed on the lease. When I brought this to the attention of management I was told that the lobby cameras were malfunctioning during the attack and didn’t capture any of it but they would look into the matter. There was never any follow up and the dog was never removed from the premises. Additionally, the lease states that the building is non-smoking but may people smoke and the smell carries in the hallways heavily as well as into the apartments. I talked to management about it multiple times and the issue was never resolved.nThere are strict rules about cardboard going to a compactor rather than trash chutes and I was unaware of this when I first moved in to Caroline. There have been several instances where management took the time to individually place tenants’ trash back on their doorsteps rather than leaving us a notice or taking it to the compactor. This seemed like a very petty response on the part of management, and was irritating that attention to detail was so thorough as to be able to re-distribute trash but not to be able to find and remove the aggressive dog.nFinally, the elevator by my house is broken at least once every two weeks and one night I got stuck on it with my dog. When i pressed the alarm button I was told to wait in the elevator for TWO HOURS for a tech to get there because emergency services would not be called since I didn’t need medical attention.nI liked the apartment, but the rent is far too high for the quality and the service of management.

Second year at the Caroline and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Perfect location right across from Brittlebank Park, which offers public dock access and a dog park. The staff in the leasing office are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. Josh, Robert, and the Maintenance Team go above and beyond to ensure that requests are handled quickly and thoroughly.

This place is beautiful! The leasing office is so incredibly kind, Kaila is extremely helpful and nice and really made my decision of wanting to move here more because of how amazing she is!

I absolutely love this place!!! The location, along with the amazing staff, is just what I have been looking for! The staff in the leasing office are awesome and make sure you get everything you need. The maintenance staff comes to help as soon as you ask for someone, and they are so knowledgable and kind. I had Robert from maintenance come and fix my toilet in seconds and he was so friendly and helpful! Thank you Robert and thank you to the Caroline for an amazing place to live!!

This complex deserves 5 stars! I enjoyed the delightful pizza night the complex hosted this past Wednesday. The staff regularly organizes fun, social activities to promote community-building, and they care a lot about their residents. The staff is always responsive, friendly, and helpful ud83dudc9c.
