Jason, wasn’t just a realtor. He had my best interest and wants as well as needs at heart. I’m big on time and he was always on time. Honestly being my first house he made it easy. He took initiative on a few issues and got them resolved on his own. He’s very professional but real about the process. Tells you how it is and honest about things. If I did it again I would use him for every house I buy for here on. Highly recommend GPS services.

Recently sold our Downtown Charleston home with Jason representing us. He was dedicated to getting the house sold, he was honest about the pricing of the home and in the end it sold for what he told us it would. Definitely helps to know the value of your home and what can get the house sold in a timely manner. Also he is well versed in what needs to be done to your home prior to listing it and will help you when you need direction. Unprecedented times with COVID-19 didn't detour Jason from the task of showing the home and completing the sell. Even the challenge of having a long distance seller didn't hinder his performance. One of those rare individuals that can preform in any situation thrown at him
