We've used Marshall as our realtor multiple times and could not be happier with his work. Beyond simply knowing the market, which he does, Marshall will routinely go above and beyond to solve ancillary problems that can arise with a move. For example, over our moves he has saved us from issues with movers, insurance agents, and cleaning services. He is also incredibly responsive. We cannot recommend Marshall and his team high enough.

I met Marshall several years before while calling on him for business opportunities. The initial meeting left a very favorable impression of his market knowledge, enthusiasm for the Charleston market and personable personality. Move forward a few years and we are relocating to Charleston and Marshall came to mind. The experience could not have been better. Marshall and his team guided us through the relocation process perfectly! He listened to our objectives, spent several Sundays taking us throughout the Charleston area, was patient through several missed offers and helped us find the right house for us in Mount Pleasant. We have been very fortunate to have Marshall and team as a real estate experts!
