I had had several encounters with Marshall Walker Real Estate over my years of casually looking for a home. Everyone was always very personable, friendly, and honest. When I finally decided to pull the trigger on a place Lauren Davis was my agent. She was informative, helpful, and responsive without feeling too pushy (like some agents can be). I felt well represented by her. I would recommend her services and Marshall Walker in general.

Lauren is an incredible realtor! As a military spouse herself, she understood our needs, and never tried to push us in another direction. Lauren found us a home in the area we wanted even though the market is crazy, and we knew it would be near impossible. Along with that, she has been our champion across the country as we bought our house virtually. She is hard working, kind, detailed, and trustworthy. We are so thankful we found her, and will be telling anyone we come in contact with to use her.

I worked with Lauren Davis on finding my first home in Dorchester County. With the very tough buyer's market it took longer than expected, but we remained patient, endured, and finally found my house! Lauren was instructional, professional and fast with communication. I would highly recommend to other civilian and military personnel looking in the area.

Marshall Walker Real Estate has a team that is excellent in communicating, polite, honest, reliable, understanding of their client’s/my schedule and yet very demanding of their clients and team members to ensure a deal gets to closing on time. They do not push in a way the client is uncomfortable, potentially causing the client to make a purchase they will regret, my relator/Matt B. went above and beyond to get me the property that I was looking for. A true forever home/property. I am very pleased with Marshall Walker Real Estate and looking forward to working with them again.

Overall super happy that she was my agent. We were first time buyers and she was very knowledgeable about houses, what to look for and what to avoid. Super nice, friendly service. Always on top of everything, and communicates fast. For being first time buyers I was overall pleased with her service, if I ever need to sell my home (hopefully not) I will be going through her.
