I have been working with Belinda for the past 3+ years now. She is always professional and knowledgeable with the intricacies pertaining to her properties and always has the best interest of the home owners in mind. Her level of customer care and to find the best solution is always a part of her plan that she executes on each occasion we have worked together.

Roadstead was awesome to work with from beginning to (premature) end. The application process was easy and seamless with plenty of help to get completed. When maintenance issues happened you simply login to their site and put in a request. Then they were there the next day!nnThe best part was Belinda! Yes she helped through the application process and maintenance issues, but that wasn't why she and Roadstead were amazing. We had some issues with employment and had to leave early. She helped us find another tenant and ensure we were not out lots of money. What management company does that?!nnWith all that has gone wrong in the past year Belinda and Roadstead were the shining star. Which is weird to say about a rental company!nnThank you Belinda!nnMatt & Grace

Belinda Mills, who handles a four apartment building I own on the peninsula, has done an outstanding job for me. She is the rental property manager for Roadstead. She is always pleasant and professional. Belinda goes out of her way to see that my requests are handled. She has good people who she calls on to give me a good job at a fair price when renovation is called for. Roadstead has just taken on new properties for her to manage, but she gives the same fine service.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Worst property management company ever absolutely do not rent from them. My friends rented from them last year and had major drug addicts that lived above them that would constantly cause problems and had to call the cops on them on an almost monthly basis if not more. They took forever to reply initially and did absolutely nothing to help my friends while they were living in constant danger of the upstairs neighbor. The neighbor also stole their packages multiple times and dropped a bike on my partner’s moped which completely wrecked it. If you rent from this company, they will treat you strictly like a source of income and nothing else. They do not care about the well-being or safety of their tenants and only care about whether they are getting money from you or not.

Belinda at Roadstead has been nothing but helpful in many situations. She has always been very professional, concerning, kind, and responsive in a timely manner. You won’t be disappointed renting with her and the roadstead management team.
