With all the money they receive...they don’t have a more convenient way to pay and when call there’s 90% of the time you’re getting voicemail. God forbid should you get someone to answer the phone they speak to you as if you’re a bother.nThey just want your money but don not care about there clientele. They REALLY SUCK!!!

This is a group of greedy money makers who’ve found a goldmine on Kiawah. Integrity and customer service have zero value with this family owned business. They care solely about their profits, and are running blind on actual institutional knowledge about how to operate in harmony with their property owners. Arrogance and deflection are hallmarks of their business model.

This is the best Property Management company in the Charleston area—hands down! I personally and professionally know the employees and all of them are excellent to work with on a daily basis. I am not sure why some of these individuals are leaving bad reviews, but you will be pleasantly surprised, I assure you of that! Give them a try and you will not be disappointed!

For the past several years, I have had the pleasure of partnering with the team at John Poston & Company. Their proactive approach to community management goes a long way in maintaining the aesthetic appeal found in the common areas of the communities they manage. Their communication is second to none when it comes to delivering the expectation from their residents to their subcontractors. This allows us to perform/deliver services that are in line with the expectation rolled out on a particular property. There is a small handful of property management companies in the lowcountry that I would feel comfortable recommending and John Poston & Company is at the top of that list.

As a contractor I can honestly say they are a pleasure to work for and are very prompt with payment. We have installed various camera systems and never had a problem getting paid. That is worth it’s weight in gold in today’s mindset of payment terms. It’s great that they also strive to support small local businesses. Thumbs up to Poston and CompanynTom HLS Technology Solutions
