Inadequate and unprofessional HOA Company. This company took over as our HOA company in the last 2 years and there has been problems ever since. They have gotten people to pay their dues that were in arrears, but that is their only attribute and also the reason why I didn't give them just one star. Our pool care has suffered and since they have taken over and I have had to send pictures of a heavily green tinged and dirty pool to them when I called to notify them. I pay my HOA fees on time and in full every year, yet I have had to contact them to get my pool access last year and this year. The pool access was never an issue with the previous HOA company. I would not recommend this company!
