Fantastic wash! This is like the fifth different car wash I have tried since moving to Augusta and by far the best. The 10 dollar here is better than the 22 dollar wash at other places. This is now my Go-To spot for washing my car!
Good solid wash spot. Monthly membership is a definite value especially with the yellow blanket we are experiencing now. Seems like the vacuum suction has gone down significantly. Not sure what's happening there.
I have had a fast pass with this company for at least 2 years on 4 cars...never have I had a problem with them. In February I got my dream car for my birthday...I have babied it to the point that I do not allow eating or drinking inside of it. I have dried it off every time I have gotten it cleaned...so I know my car. I took it through the location on Belair Road and came out with a scratch on the front side bumper and swirl marks on the front fender. I showed it to the manager and they said they'd check in to it. The next day, I received a call stating that the scratch was already there...except, while describing the scratch, it didn't sound anything like the scratch I had showed them and they didn't even know about the swirl marks. Needless to say, I cancelled my fast pass with them and will be telling all of my friends not to risk their cars with this company.
My vehicles visors got destroy. Second time I go there, first time did not like it. I decided to give them a chance but they failed. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Is not their vehicles, but ours and why should they care when is someone's cars... Very disappointed ☹ufe0f
I’ve only taken my x5 through a drive in wash twice, both at Sparkle. Today while hand washing I find two straight scratches about 10 inches long on the top near the sunroof... no place they could have happened but here at Sparkle... Never again !!!
