This Tidal Wave Belair Rd. used to be an extremely excellent business. I’ve noticed a very bad shift since Manager Joey has been gone. Frequently opens late, towels not out, vacuums not turned on and employees simply not showing up. Hopefully this will change or I’ll have to cancel my membership.
For a drive-thru car wash and 25 bucks this isn't bad. You get how ever many towels you need for finishing touches and even some window cleaner. The towels seem clean enough so no worries. I know most of these are doing the same these days and of course the free vaccum. This one however has a sort of well covered area that's always shaded. It has a ceiling, faces the outer car wash wall, about 6 or so cars long and a third wall to the right as you face the carwash.
Great little drive thru wash. Same prices and options as most car washes. They always have fresh towels and cleaners available to use. I definitely recommend you try this place for your next wash.
Very friendly, my car comes out spotless every time. They always have towels and glass cleaner in stock free to use, vacuums always working, very clean area.
Great car wash but the employee walked right up to the window and took my card for me. I understand the attempt to be hospitable but no COVID precautions were taken. No masks in sight.
