I love all 5 guys. At this one in particular, they forgot the cheese on my daughter's cheeseburger. I had her go in by herself and ask for the cheese. She's 10. They made her a whole new burger instead. I thanked the lady who did that. Such a stand up place.

their burgers are really good. the fries are okay but sometimes they are either too salty or too skinny (not sure if that’s how it’s supposed to be cooked but i honestly don’t like it). it would also be nice if the fries weren’t scattered everywhere inside the bag.

Pre ordered my bacon cheese burger w/ lettuce and onions. Parking was hard to find on King st.. Food was delicious burger cooked medium, soft bun, homemade style fries were fantastic. Kind of expensive $$

Ordered from here last night. Normal order of double cheeseburger fries and drink. Large portions and all cooked perfectly. No eating on site do had to take back to hotel. Didn’t know this until after ordered and paid. Other establishments in area have people eating in. 5 guys always good steady burger, can’t go wrong.

I placed an order to go and I went in and paid. The cashier called out my order saying I was here. 5 minutes go by while I’m just standing there waiting and the three girls in the back were just standing there talking. Then they finally realized I was waiting on food and they started cooking the fries. I asked one of the employees how long they thought it be and she just lifted her arms and shrugged her shoulders.ud83eudd37ud83cudffd‍♀ufe0fnnAlso the burger bun was so wet and soggy and a big let down.
