My husband and I have been looking for water resistant floors for our new home. We received help from Keith in the flooring department. He was extremely helpful and nice to work with. He took the time to lay out floor samples to help us be able to visualize the floors. He also helped get us set up for measurements and provided a lot of valuable information. We greatly appreciated the help and had a great experience!!!
I ordered a vanity. My installers opened the box , and disposed of the box. When I arrived on site, I realized it was the wrong model. I called the store and Allyson was very helpful. She said I could bring the vanity Rito the store despite not having the box. She made it a very painless process, considering the original order could not be found or the original item, not even online ! I truly appreciated the Great customer service! It was unfortunate that we did not receive the correct vanity, and there was nothing they could do to correct that. That is the only reason I gave this review four stars, because at the end of the day I pretty much got screwed over on a job site and didn’t have my vanity in time. Again great customer service is what keeps customers!!

This is my favorite Lowe's. Wait, any Lowe's is my favorite.... I just spend the most amount of money at this location, especially in the garden center. And a number of other departments. Thanks Lowe's for having a friendly staff.
What can I say it's Lowe's they do their best that I own stock in the company so giving honest review. There no Home Depot service lies but bang for the buck I love Lowe's when they have materials I need which is 50/50 most of the time
