Great store with local feel. It amazes me how they can fit so much stuff into what feels like a small retail location. Location is easy to get in and out of and I love avoiding the big box stores with this gem.
They have a little of everything. Great place to go if you don't have time go to a big box store. Staff if knowledgeable and friendly. They still cut keys by hand and can match most any key.
When at all possible I shop here. Great fastener assortment and the staff is always helpful. It is nice to go in and ask for help and get an answer unlike some other stores where the employees have no idea what or where anything is.
I believe the two gentle men that helped me were Eric and Waylon. I’ve been to several hardware stores of the big box variety asked for help and not and purchased several incorrect items for what is apparently a very specific not widely carried size. It’s something within 5 minutes they told me it’s the unicorn in hardware aerators. Waylon even told me exactly were and who could help me!! Most store I feel like I’m annoying the employees by asking for help. However immediately here I noticed them asking every customer if they needed help, and not in the annoyed please say you don’t kinda way. They both listened to me explain my dilemma and you can tell they truly listen in order to help you rather than being dismissive. I’m so very pleasantly surprised by my experience here and will absolutely be going here first before anywhere else!!
These guys are real pros and always willing to help. I got out of my way to spend a little more money here because I want to keep these awesome people in my neighborhood and doing awesome. Can't tell you how much time and money they have saved me.
