Perfect Look Salon

I hadn't had my hair cut in well over a year, and thought I'd take a chance. Sarah exceeded my expectations! I brought in the photo of the style I wanted and she did a terrific job. She is knowledgeable and friendly, and an excellent stylist.

Called around 1030 am to schedule an appointment for my son. Very nice on the phone. Told me 230 appointment time. Took all my information (phone numbers etc). I arrived at 225 with my son (who is 3) only to be told they shouldn't have scheduled an appointment here and basically said sorry no one can do it. They should have just called to cancel this appointment. I would not recommend this place nor will i come back.

My last perm I got here the service was terrible. There was no one waiting but, I had to wait quite awhile until. Finally the girl there came over and started on my hair. The perm was fine, but the hair cut that is supposed to be included was terrible. Along with that I was charged $20 extra for it. I asked about the charge and I was told they started charging for the hair cut. I went home and double checked the website for Perfect Look, it still says FREE HAIRCUT with PERM. It's my understanding this is false advertising. I called the salon and was told the same thing, we now charge for haircuts with perms. Perfect Look needs to honor their advertising on the Web. Watch the prices they state and what is charged.
