Booked 4 rooms and requested they be adjoining. Booked 3 weeks in advance and was told 3 different times they were all next to each other. I was on the 4th floor, 2 rooms were on the 2nd floor on opposite sides of the hotel, and 1 was in the 3rd floor.nCustomer service was horrible. We couldn't get towels up to the room. Do NOT waste your money. There are much better accommodations in town.
Out experience was wonderful and we really loved our room! The facility was nice and clean with friendly staff! We'll be back!
Pretty good hotel. The only real extended stay with a kitchen in Aiken. Everyone that works there is pretty nice. The internet speed is around 50mbs so not too bad ,but it’s really buggy. It constantly takes you back to the login screen so it’s difficult to work through it. Everyone wears a mask pretty much. The rooms are decent. The desk can help you pretty much immediately with anything you need or ask for.
Very nice hotel, but undoubtedly lacking in the cleanliness department. I was overall disappointed with this hotel stay, as it did not meet my expectations for what a Marriott should be. Definitely not the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but could be better.
My family and I and our chihuahua stayed here on 3 separate occasions during business trips a week each trip. The staff was awesome and went out of their way to make sure that we had a great stay. We got to know a lot of the hotel crew and made several new friends. Our room was spacious and clean. We had a suite that included a full fridge, microwave, dishwasher and a countertop stove with dishes utensils plates cups and coffee mugs. The hotel has a decent breakfast with eggs cereal toast yogurt fruits and sausage. There's a nice pool laundry room and fitness center. We would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
