I used to love Fox Cleaners - they always did a great job with my business shirts and dry cleaning. I would drop off and pick up at the Harvard location, but now they only do pickup and delivery and don't allow walk-in business any longer? I understand the shift in the business model, but why would you completely eliminate drop off and pick up when it's more convenient for many of your customers? It seems a baffling business decision.

One time I came 1 minute after closing time holding arms full of suits. They opened the door to tell me they were closed rather than just taking my clothes and money. They apparently didn't want my business after going there for 3 years. I now go to Yale Cleaners across the street and have enjoyed my experience there.

Had a wedding dress cleaned at Fox. Paid an additional 75$ for dress to be boxed. Dress was wrinkled and NOT clean when it was picked up. Called and told Fox this was unacceptable and they cleaned it again...would not recommend.

The staff at Fox Cleaner’s are phenomenal. Always courteous, professional and efficient. They pay close attention to the details of my dry cleaning and laundry. The wash and fold service is the BEST!! I haven’t tried the free pick up and delivery yet, but I have a friend who loves it!

The normal dry cleaners that I use has been unpredictable with their customer service and time tables. I had to rush into this location this morning and drop off a pair of pants and shirt for my son to wear to work tonight. The lady at the front counter was nice. So far... great service. Hoping for the best. Will update.
