Located in a residential neighborhood just off of 11th street, is a small but functional laundromat. I believe there was 7 washers and 8 dryers some of which were temporarily out of service. The two washers that I used were older machines made by whirlpool and did a really good job on cleaning the clothes. Both the washers and dryers last approximately 40 minutes from start to finish & cost a $1.50 each. Management right next door is very helpful, courteous and appreciative of your business. It is better to bring your own quarters ahead of time but they will make change for you if needed.
Our dryer broke at home so we decided to quickly go and drop off our wet comforter at the neighborhood laundromat. I put the load in the dryer before 7pm because Google says they close at 8pm, but when I get to the laundromat the sign out front says they close at 8:30 (excellent news in case the comforter doesn't dry in the first load).nnI drive over to do my grocery shopping and when I get back at 7:50, they've already closed and locked up with my laundry inside!!! Called Cleo (number out front) and there is no answer...

Crazy how this little place is on a residential block instead of a commercial block but it's ran down .
The machines are often out of order for months, the hours posted are often not when they close. Take for example tonight. It’s 7:40 PM when I’m writing this but the door is locked and my laundry for tonight and tomorrow are locked in. There’s two sets of hours posted, 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM. But I can’t get my clothes and sheets.
