Recently had our 2018 Explorer in for The Works package and new filters @ Bill Knight Ford in Tulsa. As always, Bob Craig and his team were terrific! Did a great job for us in a very timely manner. We had scheduled an appointment and Bob was waiting to greet us when we drove in.nAfter work was completed they washed our Explorer. Bob helped check us out and we were on our way in just under 90 minutes.nWe depend on Bob Craig and Bill Knight to keep our vehicles in great shape & neither has ever let us down. And that explains why we continue purchasing our new vehicles from Bill Knight Ford of Tulsa, OK.

My 2007 Ford Edge had a recall on the airbag. When I took it in to be serviced, they also informed me of a recall on the fuel tank. They explained they would need the car longer than originally planned but they finished both jobs in a very timely way and I was without a vehicle for a total of 24 hours. Rob at Bill Knight Ford was excellent at communicating with me and making me feel like a priority. I had an excellent experience and will recommend my friends and colleagues to service their vehicles there as well.

My service tech, Rob, was Gracious, understanding and considerate, and was very good about updating me on my trucks elongated visit to the service department. Just bad luck, or good luck if your a half full guy, that four days after having my plugs and brakes done—my entire electrical system shorted and pretty much fried everything. And while it took the best part of + two weeks to repair or replace everything. I now have my truck back in great working order with 99,000 miles—warranty—lucky me.

The smoothest car buying process I've ever been a part of. Our sales man, Michael, was amazing the whole time even though my wife and I were being pretty picky with what we wanted. He found the exact 2020 Ford Explorer we came to get. All financial aspects were as easy as possible and no need to hassle or try to find small things to lower the pricing. Definitely getting any future vehicles at any of the Bill Knight locations.

On Wednesday, 3/17/2021 I brought my Ford Fusion in for an oil change. Although the dealership was extremely busy, they managed to complete the work in a timely fashion. The staff did an excellent job of keeping me informed as to the progress on my vehicle. Hats off to Ivan Erives and the rest of the highly motivated team. They are committed to delivering an excellent customer experience. I have no reason to shop any other dealership.nnJoe
