Beware when signing up for a monthly car wash plan. I had a hard time canceling mine. I sent numerous emails, the 1st more than 10 days before my renewal and they ignored me and charged me again anyway. I tried to call the location numerous times, then I contacted their customer service and opened a ticket. No reply, so I had to go on their FB page and make a complaint to get their attention. They did finally reverse the charge, but never replied to my ticket. I have seen alot of other complaints from customers with same problem. Sneaky and poor way of doing business. I will never return to their car wash again.
Maurice who works at the BA location was the most precessional and on it employee. We needed a new tag for our new car and he had such a sense of urgency and was beyond polite! In the past other employees seemed to just be there to clock in even forgetting or not caring that you were waiting to be waved in. He needs to train everyone else and show them how customer service is done and done RIGHT!!!
Affordable unlimited washes. Just wish there was a little more prewash.
I think they have a new manager and this car wash has improved a ton because of it. It's my preferred one to go to out of the other locations in Tulsa.
I was in a hurry so it was perfect but the system they use didn't clean difficult places like on the tag and by the rear wiper.
