They messed up my hair color really badly. And I politely told them that it’s not what I asked for. They proceed to gaslight me and say my hair is the level I asked for. So I get the manager involved. And she’s not handling criticism well. They act like this is the first time anyone has ever complained about not liking their hair color. Very unprofessional. Picture is for reference. I asked for a level 3/4. And they try to tell me that the end result is what I asked for. They still made me pay full price for this nasty box dye looking hair. I’ve gone to nicer salons and they don’t treat customers like this. The stylist said “maybe if you had shown me a picture.” If you review the cameras, you’ll see I did. I will be contacting ulta. It’s not about the money. It’s about the “service” they provided after I complained about not getting what I wanted

I like to shop here for my wife and the ladies are extremely helpful in finding the right gifts and products for the both of us! Prices are what you would expect of quality products! The store is arranged where items are easy to find. If youre looking for a gift for your wife and want some guidance this is the place to go!
I had my hair cut and styled by Monica. She did an amazing job with my over grown, naturally curly covid mop! I would highly recommend her. Also, I am very tender headed and I almost fell asleep when she blow dried my hair. Best ever. Can't say enough good things about her.
The ladies in the salon, are sweet and helpful. I haven't had a bad experience with them!
