I'm giving them a break due to COVID 19 or it would be a 1 star review (even though COVID has little to no affect on email). If I was selling property I would not be happy to hear this: I initially contacted them about a property for sale on 18 May, got an immediate response that the realtor handling said property would be in contact soon, on 22 May I let them know the realtor had yet to contact me, got an immediate response that that realtor had left for a job in TX (apparently no one was taking on her open cases?)...was told they would get me the requested information...on 28 May I sent an email asking if the owner had not responded, now 3 Jun (two weeks + from initial contact) and no communication since 22 May...I'm sure seller whose property has been on the market for a while would not be happy that a his realtor has lost a perspective buyer...

100% 5 stars. We had Bre as our realtor and I can’t say enough good things about her. She always went out of her way (even climbed through our window!) to help us! Thank you thank you thank you!
