If you're looking to sell a moldy house Tom Blore is your man! He'll sell the house with no issue at all. I know because I lived in the moldy house he sold and spent the last two years being sick from it.nnThen I found out later he knew it was moldy when it was sold. When I asked Tom and his husband (the buyers realtor) if that was true neither one of them responded. His husband unfriended me on Facebook and blocked me from calling him, so I got my answer that he knew it was moldy. I guess he wasn't man enough to admit to it and preferred to just walk away since he got his commission and moved on.

I had the worst showing I have ever been to with Mr Blore. As a consequence I will need to get another realtor to show me the property. He had no interest in showing the property or out buildings. All the information we received came from the rentor. He never even answered the question about the price.
