Room 110. Was unable to shower because of mold in shower. The need to repair deep scratches on furniture this would eliminate rough edges that catch on clothing. There was lots of highway noise. Side exit clearly marked no smoking had tons of cigarette butts & trash. Lobby smelled like smoke because employees had door opposite front doors open stand at them smoking.

I've stayed here 3 times this year (all during the pandemic), as I felt safe and found the rooms to be very clean, which is crucial to me. Additionally the staff have been very friendly and helpful to me. The spacious rooms could use updating but they aren't lacking anything. The beds are very comfy for a hotel, which is also important to me. (Not like home, but what is?)nI'll likely stay here again during my travels. I recommend this hotel as they have been consistent with all the elements I feel are most important.nThank you Comfort Suites McAlester staff for easing my mind and helping me to feel safe and comfortable, especially during 2020!!nLinda

I would not recommend this hotel at all. Outside entrance door was not secure and lacking any lock system to use your room key card, lock on our room was hanging down, no hot water this morning when we got up. I took pictures just to show the corporate office what I am talking about.

This was half way point on my trip to Texas and was a very nice hotel to stay at. Staff themselves were great.

For the money, this hotel is worth every penny. Rooms were nice and clean, bathroom was a bit cramped and the shower wasn’t good which is why I dropped it a star, but it was clean, friendly staff and not to bad on the pocketbook! I’ll stay there again despite the shower!
