Kris was the only plumber I was able to get on short notice, but he was the right one. Extremely hardworking and knowledgeable. He repaired a kitchen sink drain line that had cracked behind the wall. This repair required quite a bit of difficult labor and he got it done. Kris is on my list of trusted plumbers for any future projects I have.
Admittedly, I was wrong thinking I had a leak. It was my own doing even though I didn’t realize it. Plumber didn’t have a tape measure (I provided) and also didn’t have a camera to look inside the walls before cutting holes(I provided that too even though the picture quality was not the best). Plumber said they had this type of camera but it was on the other truck. Still not finding evidence of a leak, he proceeded to open up my drywall. I agreed to it thinking I must be wrong. The cuts were made sloppily without any consideration to the person who would have to repair the wall. In the end, it turns out it was my fault that the leak occurred in the first place (which I take ownership for). But he left me with two sloppy holes in my wall, Sheetrock dust on the floor which he didn’t attempt to clean up and walked out saying “sorry about your wall”. While I realize there was nothing to fix, the lack of preparedness and disregard for being neat took me off guard.
They did in 15 minutes what would have taken me several hours to do my self.
