We have had a very bad experience with Legacy Cleaner. I attached before and after photos you will see how unprofessional they are. ud83dude21nnWe have a custom made fully silk wedding dress worn once only. Wanted to clean before the wedding. I have asked many place to get a good care of 10K worth of dress. I ended up with Legacy. When we are dropping off the dress we asked everything to make sure if they take care of. They were really confident and telling me bs about how experienced they are.nnWe went to take the dress and my fiancé saw the dress, she almost lost her mind. That beautiful dress they ruined and Liz in the store was telling me better to take it a Taylor. They were so rude to us. She also yelled to my fiancé.nnWe had a wedding on Sunday but it’s Thursday and dress is ruined. They told me they will fix it. When I called the Legacy in the morning about the dress update someone on the phone told me “are you kidding me calling in the morning “ they are so rude and careless. They also told me owner will call you but it’s been a week nobody called me.nnIf you care your dress don’t even think to take your dress there. Highly not recommended. ud83dude21

Clerk was very helpful and well spoken. She deserves 5 stars.nnMy pants smell like wet dog on a hot June day and my shirts weren't even ready. I'd happily wait a day and pick up both however I was told my items would be ready the Monday following my Friday drop-off. I don't know if it is just me but, I have never seen Iron On tags melted to my slacks pockets before.nnI'm genuinely upset to come home and find a canine-like oder and tags that are bound to rub and inch my buttock throughout the day.nnWould not recommend for daily wear mens apparel.

Wonderful experience here! They were able to get my dress shirt collars clean and bright, which had been a problem at a previous cleaner! The staff is friendly and they were great about communicating with me on my preferences regarding pressing, no starch, etc. Everything came back looking brand new. Excellent press job. No scorched collars or seams.nnAn added bonus is that they offer free coffee, tea, and cookies. Very inviting place. I'll continue to go here!
