Kevon, the manager of this location, has customer service skills that are unmatched, which always produces a great overall experience! Even when this location is busy, they are always fast, friendly, & efficient. Couldn’t ask for more! I brag about this place to all my family, friends, & coworkers. Pros: quick wash, reasonable priced membership, accepts cardsnnI like that vacuums are available for free. I've messed up a few hubcaps getting lined up on their track system but I keep coming back for a monthly wash. They have membership options starting at $19.99.
Very efficient place to keep your baby nice and clean. Particularly enjoyed talking to Devon as I entered the car wash. He was very pleasant and explained the different service options. Would be happy to join their club if I lived in OKC.
The wash always leaves leftover dirt spots even though I come through about twice a week. And early in the morning no matter what even though they've been open an hour all of the hoses are not put together and the wash lanes arent open. They open at 8. I usually try at 9:15. Today specifically I called 4 times sat here 20 minutes and never saw a person come out to finish hoses or open lanes, no signs of life but a black car in the lot. Whoever works mornings there needs replaced. No reason to be open well over an hour and have nothing running, lanes closed, and cant even answer a phone call. Ill be finding a new wash membership. Not worth the terrible wash quality with terrible service on top.
Zips was fast and easy and the attendedant made sure I knew about promos and deals for free carwashes through the app! There was a long line and it went really fast. Excellent customer service.
