Just needed to have a quick wash to clean the windows and get the pollination off my car. Machine was not reading my card. The attendant came to my car and got me through. Very nice and helpful young man. Wash was good and vacuum was free. Good experience.

I went through the car wash on Saturday, February 26, 2021. As I was in the dryer area, I heard a loud noise. I drove home, and looked at the back of my car, and there was a big piece of my car missing! I drove back to the car wash, and the piece to my car was found in the car wash. A report was taken, and I was told that someone would contact me in 72 hours. It has now almost been a week, and I have heard nothing. I was given a number to the main office, and when I called that number, it went to member services, and all I could do was leave a message. That message has not been returned. All I want is my car to be fixed, because of the damage that their car wash caused.nDo NOT go to this car wash!! They will not fix a problem that their car wash created. There are other car washes nearby, and it is worth the little bit of an extra drive to protect you and your car.

Typically I have good experiences at this car wash but the last 2 times I've been in it has broke.nThe first time I was in the wash bay so I was at the mercy of the machine and attendants ☹ufe0f☹ufe0f.nToday it was after I had paid and pulled up. The attendants were cutting some metal off the the drive system and removing some long material from under a vehicle in front of me.nThe first time was quite a long wait (15 to 20 minutes maybe). Today not as bad (10 minutes). The first time they probably should have refunded or provided like the deluxe wash for having wait inside the wash bay when there are other things on our schedules.

This was the best car wash I have ever been to! My car is squeaky clean thanks to the best worker there Conner Swearingen! Will be coming back again soon. He definitely needs a raise, the customer service was out of this world.
