I always use this car wash. This last visit was the second time that Paul helped me with his excellent customer service. He was busy and was taking care of every single customers with the best customer service. It looks like he really enjoy his job and honestly I can say never seen this customer service in any car wash in the past.
Loved the wash i received at this drive through car wash, was so easy, loved not having to leave my car. Professional staff, Nathan was especially helpful when i had trouble at the machine with my card. Overall great experience.
I paid for a $20 car wash here today. the attendant sprayed my car with soap before entering... and that was the only washing my car received. The drive through wash was not working. I immediately called 3x with no answer. Got out of my car, flagged down the attendant who told me I could drive back through. He would not open the gate for me and then told me it was broken. Never got a refund.
They have an employee there name Paul and he dances or is so positive and I hope his management recognizes that! Love going here, especially if it's going to be met with a positive experience from Paul!
This is a fairly new owner. This wash was not good. Left bug bits on the windshield and both passenger side tires were still dirty. I was able to just wipe off the dirt. So I know it wasn't stuck. Paid $16. UPDATE: Was contacted by owner and asked to give them (Zips) a second try. The fact they replied says a lot about a company. I will return and update my review.
