After viewing two houses Thursday calling back Friday with the deposit etc I was told main reality would get ahold of both the owners to let them know (so we start turning down other offers thinking this is it) and I would get a call back Monday. Mid Monday comes around and no call so I call back to be informed she still hadn’t got ahold of the owners. Then Tuesday rolls around I call back and they both are sold?!?! Point is with main reality keep your other options open because u never know.

Don't bother trying to rent ANYTHING from the disrespectful so called realtor, Jennifer, she is all about herself and will talk to you like a DOG. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

I wish I could rate them higher but I just can't. Trouble the whole time. W had to even take the hit and break our lease early due to the condition of the home. ITS NEVER OK TO LIVE IN MOLD AND LEAKING CEILINGS WITH CHILDREN! Not just leaking but pouring and bubbling the sheetrock... Central H/A constantly broke in the heat of the summer. Supposed to provide us with air units....but they forgot from their own mouths. Maintenance man is a joke, he just tapes things together, and fills every crack with foam insulation, including the whole porch that is falling apart, just paint it no one will know... Maybe this is ok for people that don't pay their rent, but we were always on time. Seriously go through anywhere but here, the customer service is horrible. And the houses they have are trash.

They take forever to fix anything and when they get it fixed its done poorly.

I was greeted by a very friendly lady named Jennifer who explained in detail about the house I was interested in. Plus, all the requirements needed to rent the house.nEach time I have called her with concerns or problems with the house she has jumped on the problem an immediately had it taken care of or got it fixed. The service people that have come to take care of whatever the problem is are nothing but nice and professional. They get there tasks done wonderfully and in a quick manner. I would recommend Main Realty to everyone.
