I recieved a ticket from Officer Williams. Very professional man, and I deserved the ticket. His actions afterwards are what made me want to write this post. I have seen many highway patrol (or police officers in general) drive right past motorist stranded on the side of the road. Today shortly after recieving the ticket I saw a lady broke down on the side of the road. I turned around to see if she needed any help, and by this time Officer Williams had caught up to me and had already stopped to assist her. Keep up the good work Officer Williams.
