The stores are fine. This is about service. We bought a refrigerator and it stopped freezing. We had bought the extended warranty for $150. I spent 2 hours ont the phone either on hold or being transferred from department to department. When we finally got to the right department and 2 or 3 more calls they could not schedule a service call for 1 month. That is pretty long to spend without a freezer. Seems like they want to sell the warranty but get you so discouraged you won’t use it. Bad.
Made online appt with kitchen planner. Kris was very informative, helpful, and friendly. I left with a decent, well constructed price, and pleased with the experience.
No one knows what's going on. At all. Ineptness seems to be a job requirement for anyone working the front end. Always delivering the wrong products to the job site. Products don't match the price on the shelves. I'll take my business to any other hardware store.
Everything was where it needed to be, they have decent deals on lumber which is great. Screw and nail aisle is a little out of place just because they are missing things and people don't put stuff back where they grabbed it. All in all a great trip.
Great if not wanting to travel far. A bit spendy. Clean restrooms
