I have used this company to clean my carpets for years and had a really good experience. The cost is fair and the carpet looks new when it is done. I recommend Premium Steam Company.

Premium Steam did an amazing job cleaning our carpets! My fiancé and I moved out of our rental property and we needed to have over 1,600 sq ft of carpet professionally cleaned. We also had some carpet damage caused by our pets that required stretching and minor repair. Premium Steam was able to repair and clean the carpet and it now looks brand new. Marc even took time out of his day to come by our rental property to meet me and provided a walk through estimate/quote where many other carpet cleaning companies would not. I highly recommend Premium Steam and I will definitely use their services again in the future!

I was very happy with the carpet cleaning done by this company. They gave me a very preliminary estimate based on the size of the house and number of carpeted areas and clearly told me that they charged per square foot of carpet to be cleaned.nWhen at the house Dennis was very careful in only measuring what he was actually going to clean. My cost was only a bit higher than the original estimate and was a fair price. They also helped me in the nick of time! I had been stood up twice that week by another company and was desperate to find someone, as all but the large pieces of furniture was up off the floors and on the beds, counters and in the bathrooms. They were very accommodating and were able to come out within the hour. Dennis was very personable and professional and he clearly knew his job. I felt he cared how it all turned out.The rugs look very clean and all the furniture was put up on foam pads. I would use this company in the future. I have used two other companies in the past and this one, Premium Steam, is certainly my favorite.
