If I could I would give them -5 stars.nWorst customer service and the clothes are not even close to clean. Don't bother.
Suits cleaned and press, it's all I asked. Cash only business, big inconvenience. Only used them once while visiting Momma, probably the only time I'd hafta use them.
A great place to take your cleaning...small town business and very reasonable prices!
Owner and employees are nice enough, but there’s not a good system for tagging and tracking items and orders. The shop is cluttered and disorganized. On two separate occasions, I’ve had to go through the racks myself for 15 minutes to try to find my clothes. (I’m still actually missing a couple of pieces.) They do a great job with alterations, but my suggestion would be to implement a precise and organized system for intake, processing, and storage in order to offer better customer service.
Loved the service and are warm and friendly.
