So Glad I took a chance on them for my son!nMy family and I recently got transferred here for the USCG, and being new and not having known of what good stylists are around, I'm glad I took a chance and went to them. My son was seen by Marcia White, who was absolutely perfect for him. Marcia was very kind, gentle, professional, and communicated on every step she was doing. Everyone was nice and welcoming. Marcia did an Excellent job!
Small Jcpenney, staff are friendly. Love their sales and clearance. The Salon is great!
I love this salon!!! Not only is the staff knowledgeable and professional, they also friendly and work very well together so that the salon has a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. I have had a cut, color and wax and have been extremely happy with my results. Everyone treated me with respect and made it clear that if at anytime I was not happy they would work with me to make me happy.
Quaint little place with great food. Gyros are my favorite. Interesting to watch the loggs being loaded on the ship so get a window seat.
JCP hair salons are typically very good. This one was awful! Not only were they not creative or even knowledgeable on the simplest hair styles. They were rude and makes you feel like it is they doing you a favor. What happened to customer appreciation?
